Policy Resolutions Books. The Policy Resolutions Books contain the final approved versions of all resolutions adopted by the voting members of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce at its annual general meeting.

Each resolution, once approved by a convention, has an. The Book of Resolutions shall be composed of three main sections, one for Policy Resolutions, one of Administrative Resolutions, and one for Special Resolutions, such resolutions to be arranged in each section in order of their adoption.

In the last section of the Book of Resolutions shall appear an alphabetical index and. resolutions and can introduce its own resolutions. The committee will vote on the resolutions and make their recommendations to the chapter. The chapter body will vote on the resolutions presented.
